Timeline from application to the event
10:00 on Thursday, July 20 (Japan time) Application period begins
Acceptance of online applications will begin. If you make an entry,pleasse pay the entry fee.
Even had registration, the right to participate is not secured. If you meet the requirements stated in the e-mail notification sent after the entry is completed (mid-September) and the participation fee is paid (credit card only), you will be required to comply with the rules and conditions of the Kyoto Marathon 2024. The right to participate in this event is secured.

A participation information e-mail will be sent to you about three (3) weeks prior to the date of the event.
Runner check-in
Friday, February 16 11:30 – 20:00
Saturday, February 17 10:30 – 19:00
No check-in is available on the day of the event. Runners are required to check in at Miyako-Messe (Kyoto International Exhibition Hall) on either of the dates shown at left. We do not accept proxy check-ins.
Kyoto Marathon starts at 9:00, Sunday, February 18, 2024
- Start: TAKEBISHI Stadium Kyoto（Nishikyogoku Athletic Park）
- Finish: In front of the Heian-jingu Shrine
